Love is a transformative and healing force.

OA’s Heart Healing creates a sacred and compassionate space where you can feel safe and supported. Through shamanic rituals, ceremonies, chants, healing herbs or other practices, with the permission and guidance from the cosmos, OA invokes the power of love to allow the healing happens in you. This may involve connecting with healing spirits, spirit animals, facilitating the release of negative energy and blockages.

Heart Healing心的療癒，就是指透過儀式或特定的過程，觸發我們的自我修復功能，從而呈現更好版本的自己。

在Heart Healing 中，OA會放下自我，作為透明的管道和天地萬物的媒介，在黑暗中與和你心與心連結，聽從心的聲音，跟隨spirit guides和直覺，讓被需要的療癒，在身體、心靈、靈魂三個層面發生。OA會用沙鈴、薩滿鼓、銅鑼、頌砵、唱頌、還有草藥等等工具，透過把意識轉換到薩滿世界，讓你有機會在完全不使用藥物的狀態下，也可以透過薩滿療癒的方式，尋回身心靈的平衡。

療癒過程中有機會涉及到的項目，過程大約1.5-2小時，會根據個案當下情況而定：

• Cacao

• Oil Massage

• Heart Empowerment

• Guided Breathing and Unwinding Movement
